About ScholarVault
The official capstone and thesis repository of Rosemont Hills Montessori College.
Purpose
ScholarVault centralizes the capstone and thesis projects of the college into a single, organized, searchable, and access-controlled digital archive — replacing scattered physical archives and informal file sharing with a secure, accountable system.
Who can use it
Visitors browse and search the public repository and request access to download. Students submit their capstone or thesis for review. Administrators & faculty review submissions, manage the repository, and monitor access activity.
How students submit
Students register, complete the submission form with metadata and a PDF, certify accuracy, and the work enters Pending Review. Administrators approve or reject with a reason; approved Thesis are published to the public repository.
How visitors download
Every download requires an Access Request Form capturing name, organization, email, and purpose. Each request and download is recorded in access logs for institutional monitoring.
Responsible knowledge sharing
ScholarVault supports responsible academic knowledge sharing while maintaining institutional accountability. Only approved Thesis appear publicly, every download is gated behind a formal access request, and all access activity is logged for administrative review.
